Archaeological site of Montcaret is a National Monument of France to the west of Bergerac.

Gallo-Roman mosaics of the Dordogne. The vestiges of Ist, IV and V centuries, altered during the Middle Ages, belong to a Gallo-Roman villa with peristyle (interior court). This site presents a splendid multi-sided room of 60 m2 and private baths. The interest of this site comes from the quality and wide from the mosaic pavements and its uninterrupted and attested occupation from Antiquity to our days.
